St John Sailboat Rentals
For experienced sailors we have a range of sailboats for rent, from Hobie 16's to Hobie Getaways for family and friends. Sailors can launch off the beach here in Cruz Bay, St John and sail all of Pillsbury Sound. The sound has protected waters and our famous tradewinds for perfect warmwater sailing.
 
A Hobie Getaway accommodates 5 adults plus kids. A high performance Hobie 16 is perfect for 2 or 3 people.
You can sail to Henley Cay, an uninhabited island in the Virgin Islands National Park, for some incredible snorkeling. A sandy beach welcomes you to this little wildlife sanctuary where pelicans and brown boobys fish from the rocks. The sand bottom and bedrock are home to brain coral, sea fans and a remarkable soft coral "forest" of gorgonians. Angel fish, parrot fish, butterfly fish and trumpet fish greet you below while Maho trees, sea grape and humming birds populate the beach.
You can also sail to Honeymoon and Solomon beach, two Virgin Islands National Park gems with coconut palms and white coral sand.
